We purchased this property as part of a small portfolio in 2021 - this property was providing the previous owner issues as it was derelict and the repair works required were deemed out of his affordability, we agreed on the purchase of all three properties as his outstanding mortgage balance on the three properties meant that he could not afford to sell just this one.

He was paying 200% council tax as it had been empty for 8 years

The occupant had been issued several notices by the local council for the removal of waste (due to fly tipping) and rodents (due to said waste)

This property underwent a schedule of works and was then passed onto one of our investor clients.
